big data, blockchain and school education, and focus on exploring the intelligent path of typical scenarios such as degree 

prediction and construction, education supervision and quality monitoring, and school canteen management supported by data, 

Create a number of typical cases of intelligent new technology enabling education governance innovation.

Create a new ecology of smart education. We will formulate technical standards and development specifications for digital 

education resources, establish a sharing mechanism for digital education resources that combines the government's provision 

of basic education resources with the market's provision of personalized services, explore new models for the development and 

application of digital education resources such as "pay for performance" and digital copyright, and establish a smart education 

resource system that covers the whole city. Build a "Smart Education Collaborative Innovation Institute" to become a research 

center and academic platform of national education informatization.
